The Skills Network are offering Highland Council Employees access to fully funded courses listed below.

These short courses are all completed via distance learning, around your schedule for your own professional and personal development.
You can complete up to 4 per year providing you complete one before you start another.
Once you have completed your course you will receive your certificate which you can share with your manager as part of your on-going development conversations.

They are available to you all providing you meet the below criteria.
- Over 16 years old
- Live in Scotland
- Lived in the EU for 3+ years
